One Identity Manager Launchpad
Allows easy storage and launch of frequently used tools and caches credentials to prevent additional login to each tool.
It is now possible to set a specific property as "Locked" to prohibit modification of a property.
Locked Properties are tracked in new table, "QBMLock"
In 6.1.x Servers tasks must be defined for each server.
in 7.0, flags in Server Master Data records have been greatly reduced.
"Assign Service Function" option is used to add services to servers.
New Table "QBMServerTag" contains Server Functions and new Server Functions can be added.
Can be configured under "Designer > Job Server > Server Function"
When Importing Data with the Software Loader, Deployment Target can be specified
Dynamic Object Keys
In 6.1.x it was not possible to assign, for example an Active Directory Group to an Active Directory Group as a Manager.
Dynamic Foreign Keys allows assigning of different objects of different types to the same field.
Storing Group Memberships
All "Total" tables such as "ADSAccountinADSGroupTotal" have been removed. These were used to track indirect group assignments. Assignments are now tracked by the "XOrigin" and "XIsInEffect" properties.
Storing Configuration Changes
In 7.0 customisations on tables are more granular and no longer require replacement of the standard template.
Customisations can be made in place and table "QBMBufferConfig" stores the original values. Changes persist after upgrade.
To remove changes, use the toggle button on the Template field and then save & compile.
