The following error will be presented within Quick Connect:
An error occurred while creating the object. Unknown error (0x8004060a)

Cause
Domain was prepped for Server 2012 R2 but no domain controllers have been deployed with that version. When Quick Connect contacts a domain controller with a lower version operating system the above error is seen. -
Resolution
If the domain functional level was increased to Server 2012 R2 then ensure to promote a domain controller running this server operating system.
