Unable to push out AIX QAS 4.1.0.22002 client.

Able to push out 4.1.0.2202 to linux machines from same MCU server so client directory path is correct.

Was able to install the AIX client manually.

Product Defect 28642:   AIX handles version numbers differently, it expects 4.1.0.xxx but we have 4.1.0.22002 So we do some converting on the version number. In the case of MCU we also re-convert it back to the original version number when you are looking at it on the MCU gui. So what is happening is that the version goes to 4.1.0.222 and we don't successfully recognize that the two digits in front of the 2 are 00 so they get thrown out and MCU really thinks the version is 4.1.0.222 which is less than the current version the AIX box has installed so MCU doesn't show it as an option because it would be considered a downgrade.

WORKAROUND:

install the package manually using the operating system package command or the install.sh script at the root of the download.

STATUS:

This issue is resolved in the maintenance release available from this location.
