Unable to reset expired password in Password Manager
User's password has expired and is unable to reset the password within Password Manager
The "Authenticate users with expired passwords" option is not enabled in the "Authenticate with Password" step within the "Manage My Passwords" workflow
- Log into the Password Manager Admin site (PMAdmin)
- Select the Manage My Passwords workflow
- Select the "Authenticate with password" workflow item and "Settings"
- Enable the Authenticate users with expired passwords option.
- Save the workflow.
