Received TPAM alerts in the Alerts log:

"TPAM Alert[Appliance Health and Welfare] - Severe Error Notification A Windows Application Error occurred. EventID:0 Source:TPAMCONSOLE Description:sshd,sshd: PID 9412: error: connect_to localhost port 6901: failed. This alert was generated at 11/12/2015 3:48:11 PM"

Note: the port may vary.
Cause

Likely a short connection disruption or likewise that's no longer occurring.
Resolution

Suggested resolution steps:

- login to /admin, go to System Status/Settings | Agents | SSHD Agent

- Stop and Start the SSHD service.

Alternately, you could also try restarting the appliance.
