The builtin "Configuration - View Configuration" Access Template does not allow viewing the current DirSync server -
Description
When assigned the builtin "Configuration - View Configuration" access template, trustees are not able to view the current DirSync server in the MMC or query its value using PowerShell or any other client. -
Cause
This is by design. -
Resolution
If more access is desired, it is possible to copy and customize this Access Template by manually adding additional permissions.
