Using ALT-TAB on users workstation causes the ALT key to become stuck in PSM session -
Description
When in a PSM session, and using ALT-TAB on the users workstation the ALT key get struck and acts like it is pressed within the PSM session.
In 2.5.913 and above, this can occur after ALT-TABing and pressing the CTRL button. In 2.5.912 and below, this occurs whenever ALT-TABing on the workstation.

Cause
This is due to a compatibility issue between Microsofts newer ALT-TAB switcher, and Java. This known issue is listed in TPAMs release notes:BFER 6337If using the ALT+TAB keys to toggle between a PSM session and another window on the end user’s computer is hanging, the recommended solution is to switch the user’s workstation to the Windows® Classic look and feel, or press the ALT key again when they return to the session. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND 1
Within the PSM session press the ALT key again to release the key.
WORKAROUND 2Switch the users workstation to Windows Classic look & feel.
WORKAROUND 3 - Configure the workaround to use the old ALT-TAB XP switch methodOn the users workaround, load regedit and navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer
Create a new DWORD named AltTabSettings set the value to 1
