Description
SAML configured app not working. The following error when users click on the application is seen, "An unexpected error has occurred. Please contact your Cloud Access Manager administrator to check the logs for additional details".
With detailed messages enabled, we see the following message in the STS log file:
ERROR - CAMException : Unable to verify signature on HTTP redirect message. Signing key not found -
Cause
The SP has signed its request to CAM but CAM cannot find the correct signing certificate to validate it. -
Resolution
RESOLUTION 1:
The application's service provider (SP) may have updated the certificate in which case you may need to refresh your configuration using the SPs metadata.
RESOLUTION 2:Set the samltoken.authn_req_signature_required value to 'Never' on the Token Settings page and test again.
