Unable to select the Spanish Layout inside the connection parameters when using PSM Web Access.
Resolution

In the Connect Options, there are 2 drop down menus related to language:

1. Keyboard
2. Language

There is a Spanish option in the Keyboard drop down, but not in the Language drop down.
