Description
The following error appears when performing account discovery on a Windows platform:

Cause
The functional account is missing local administrator rights on the Windows system. -
Resolution
1/ Add the functional account to the local administrators group on the Windows System:
- Open Server Manager
- Expand Configuration
- Expand Local users and groups and select the Groups folder
- Open the Administrators group properties
- Add the functional account as a member and apply the change
- Test the account discovery on the Windows system from TPAM
2/ When using a local administrator account that is not the built-in Administrator account. UAC (User Account Control) will need to be disabled.Disable UAC on the server by changing the slider to "Never Notify" or set the Local Security Policy | Local Policies | Security Options | "User Account Control | Run all administrators in Admin Approval Mode:" policy to Disabled.On Windows 2012 and above, both the UAC slider AND the local policy setting need to be set.Changes to the local security policy or UAC will requre a reboot to take effect.
