When surname of a person changes because of marriage and this is updated in Identity Manager, a change of the AD account login name is triggered. This might not be not desirable.
A change of the name of a person causes a change of the central user account, and this triggers then the change of the AD login name.
Although this change of the login name can be prevented, as Identity Manager is highly customizable by scripting, there is an easier solution available.
