When a Template is created from a System that was created from a Template previously, the following error message is presented:
"Violation of UNIQUE KEY constraint 'IX_ManagedAccount'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.ManagedAccount'. The duplicate key value is (xxxxxxxxxx
The bug happens when creating a new template based on a system that was itself created from a template.
