While Configuring Cloud Access Manager for the first time it appears as though all steps work correctly until the final step when the following errors are displaying during the final Configuring Cloud Access Manager screen. If you happen to click back or restart the process after this process fails you will get database connect errors at that point.
This is caused when the database is incorrectly dropped or reinstalled for various reasons. If you check the Event Viewer for Applications on the server hosting the SQL database you might find events similar to the ones below. The steps to create the database fails because the files already exist but it silently fails instead of providing an error.
RESOLUTION:
If you view the files located in the path indicated in the Event Logs you should find some or all of the following files.
These files should be deleted or moved to another location. At this point you should be able to run the installation successfully.
