How to set email notifications as plain text for workflows with approval and notification activities (4341209)

Follow the steps below to configure a workflow with an approval activity to send the email notification as plain text:

1. Open the desired workflow that has an approval activity
2. Double click on the Approval rule
3. Click on the Notification button
4. Double click on an event
5. Click on the Notification Message tab
6. Place a check mark in the box next to Format notification message as plain text
7. Click the OK button
8. Click the OK button again
9. Click the Save Changes button
