- Login to the /admin interface with a SysAdmin user, such as Parmaster or equivalent.
- Go to the Mail Agent menu and select Email Config.
- Select an email template from the Email Type drop down menu.
- Review your mail templates and ensure that they all have unique subject lines. The subject can be similar, but not exactly the same.
This issue has been submitted as a defect. The defect ID is BFER 8576.
It is currently planned to be resolved in the TPAM 2.5.917 release.
