Error when running policy changes report "Number of values (6) does not match number of headings (5): " -
Description
When running the Policy changes report from Management Console for Unix you receive an error similar to the following:
Generating Policy Changes Report (Failed ) Number of values (6) does not match number of headings (5):
This error can also occur when trying to edit a previous policy version. -
Cause
This error can appear when the log message text for a previous policy revision contains a comma (,) character.
Management Console for Unix will not be able to display the policy in this scenario.

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Avoid using the comma character for the log message text when saving policy changes.
STATUS:
Waiting for a fix in a future release of Management Console for Unix. -
