JSON error when viewing the "Passwords Currently in Use" report -
Description
When attempting to view the "Passwords Currently in Use" report in /tpam | Reports | Password Reports | Passwords Currently in Use the below error is shown:
"JSON processing xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx"
Clicking on OK shows:
"The conversion of a varchar data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range value." -
Cause
Issue occurs when System Date Format is set to Day/Month/Year -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
Change the system date under global settings to MM/DD/YYYY.
Login to /admin - System Status / Settings - Global Settings - Change the option "System Date Format"
Select Month/Day/Year option - Save Changes.
STATUS
Issue fixed in version 2.5.918. The latest version of TPAM can be downloaded here. -
