First, you will need to login to the /admin interface of your TPAM appliance using System Administrator credentials.
Next, click the Automation Engine menu and select Auto Mgt Agent.
From the Automation Engine page, you can perform various activities, such as monitoring the queue status, modifying the settings and reviewing the Change and Test / Check logs.
Select the Filter tab to change how the logs are displayed. For the date, you can choose to view events only from today (since Midnight), for All Dates (as far back as the log retention goes), or for a specific date range (such as From: 12/15/2016 To: 12/31/2016)
After setting your Filter criteria, you can then click on one of the log tabs to review the events in that log.
Test Agent Log | This log provides details on all password checks performed by the check agent. |
Test Log | This logs provides details on password checks performed by the check agent and by users performing manual password checks. |
Change Agent Log | This log provides details on all password changes performed by the change agent. |
Change Log | This logs provides details on password changes performed by the change agent and by users performing manual password changes or by clicking the reset password button in the /tpam interface. |
On each of the Log tabs, you will see a blue Export Log to CSV button.
Clicking the Export Log to CSV button will prompt you to save a copy of the log to your computer. Please attach a copy of all 4 log files to your Support SR, when requested.
