PSM File Transfer does not complete successfully from LocalServer
When establishing a PSM Session from the LocalServer, connection to the system is successful, however File Transfer does not work.
A known issue exists where the DNS network address of a system may not resolve properly and this prevents the file transfer from completing.
This has been submitted as BFER 8904 and is currently under review.
Please ensure that the Sharing permissions are properly set and that the credentials being used have read and write access to the destination share path. Also please ensure that the necessary ports for Windows File Copy are open between the TPAM appliance and the target server. For testing purposes, you may also want to test with different files of different sizes.
Please navigate to the Systems Management page for the System in question and modify the network address to use the IP address instead of the DNS name. This should allow the File Transfer to complete successfully (assuming all other pre-requisites are in place).
