After the “Telephone Verification” workflow is run the user does not receive a code via SMS.
The following error is reported.
“System error occurred. Contact your administrator”
"Could not load file or assembly 'Newtonsoft.Json, Version=184.108.40.206, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=30ad4fe6b2a6aeed' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."
Password Manager is looking for “Newtonsoft.Json.dll” in “C:\Program Files\Dell\One Identity Password Manager\Service” but the file is missing.
The file "Newtonsoft.json.dll" should be present in the following 4 locations.
For the Helpdesk, User & Admin sites there should also be a corresponding "Newtonsoft.json.xml" file.
If these files are missing from any of these locations
