This problem can occur under these conditions:
- The domain is not maintained by an account-resource.
- The Configuration Parameter "QER\Person\TemporaryDeactivation" is active.
In this case the template code for that field runs into a branch where the account is enabled again.
This is a product defect (27444).
This issue was resolved in the following versions: 6.1.5, 7.0.3, 7.1.2, and all versions starting with 8.0. If you have an older version of Identity Manager and require this immediately corrected, please contact Support for a hotfix referencing the defect ID 27444.
