Cloud Access Manager is not a password management system in itself and is unable to change a users password.
However Cloud Access Manager includes a Password Management Option which can be used to integrate with a self-service password management application (E.g. One Identity Password Manager) to provide users with a link to reset their forgotten password or unlock their account from the Cloud Access Manager login page.
- Open the Cloud Access Manager administration console.
- Settings | Turn Features On/Off
- Find the section called ' Password Management options'
- Enter the URL of your Password Manager product.
