Groups do not show results in the Web Interface when searching for members from other domains in a cross-domain, parent-child domain environment -
Description
In the Active Roles Web Interface, when attempting to add a cross-domain member to a Universal Group and the domains are in a parent-child configuration, searching for users to add to the group may not return any results. -
Cause
This issue has been identified as a a product defect and has been assigned the Defect ID TF00697117 -
Resolution
WORKAROUNDS
1. Search for the users manually by entering the names in the following format: <Domain>\<Username>
2. Add the cross domain user to the group via the user's Member Of tab
STATUS
Issue has been resolved in the latest release of Active Roles.
