Title
When viewing an Account, the 'Save Changes' button may remain active after 'Saving'. An unexpected warning regarding "changes will be lost" may be seen when navigating away. -
Description
When viewing an Account within TPAM, the 'Save Changes' button may unexpectedly remain active Also, when trying to navigate away from the page a message may be seen stating that "changes will be lost" even though any changes have been saved. -
Cause
In TPAM 2.5.918, if the account has a date set under "Next Change Date" via the "Management" tab, the 'Save Changes' button may not be correctly disabled. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND: Navigating away from the page via the 'Home' icon should not return any incorrect warnings regarding "changes will be lost".
STATUS: This issue with the 'Save Changes' button not being disabled correctly has been addressed in TPAM 2.5.919 via BFER #8926.
