When attempting to use the Active Roles Configuration Center to import the configuration from Active Roles 6.x, the following error is encountered:
[Error] [ArsBaseCommand.ProcessRecord]: Violation of UNIQUE KEY constraint 'UQ_CVSAValues_GUIDs'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.CVSAValues'. The duplicate key value is (047590c7-f38d-4aa2-8f06-0084b0bf3b47, 09fb037e-cadf-401e-8065-0292492db170).
Active Roles is attempting to import a duplicate key into the dbo.CVSAValues table.
This issue has been identified as a product defect and is being tracked as Defect ID 762934.
WORKAROUND
1) Backup the source database using SQL Server Management Studio.
2) Run the following tSQL query on the source database to clear out the duplicate entry:
delete from dbo.cvsavalues where Directoryobjectguid = '047590c7-f38d-4aa2-8f06-0084b0bf3b47'
3) Run the Import again in the Active Roles Configuration Center.
STATUS
Waiting for a fix in a future release of Active Roles.
