When attempting to verify a user's identity within the PMHelpdesk site the following error may occur:
Your Questions and Answers profile is not valid for authentication. You must update your Q&A profile to be able to use Password Manager.
In order to use that feature complete the below steps to configure helpdesk question(s) for the user to answer:
