Description
When attempting to verify a user's identity within the PMHelpdesk site the following error may occur:
Your Questions and Answers profile is not valid for authentication. You must update your Q&A profile to be able to use Password Manager.

Cause
Password Manager is not configured, or the user has not filled out the helpdesk question during profile setup. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
In order to use that feature complete the below steps to configure helpdesk question(s) for the user to answer:
- Login to the PMAdmin site
- Navigate to the Home | Default Management Policy | Q&A Policy | Edit questions | Helpdesk Questions | Select the *Add a helpdesk question | Enter question, and select Save
- Under the Helpdesk Workflows select the Verify User Identity, and add the Authenticate with Q&A Profile to the workflow, and configure
- The user must answer the question in order for the helpdesk personnel to authenticate that user
