Title
Changes made to a 'Dependent Status' appear to save, but when verifying the change, it has not been saved. -
Description
When making changes to a 'Dependent Status' (moving a System from 'Not Dependent' to 'Dependent' for example) and the changes appear to save. When reviewing, it is found the changes to Dependent Status have not been saved. -
Cause
This may be seen if changes to 'Dependent Status' membership are done at the same time as other Detail changes. The other changes would be expected to save correctly. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND: When making changes to an Account 'Dependent Status', ensure that these changes are done separately from other changes to the Account.
STATUS: BFER 9559 has been addressed in TPAM 2.5.919.
From the TPAM 2.5.919 Release Notes section "Resolved Issues":
"When adding/removing a dependent system to an account, if any other account edits are made at the same time, the dependent system assignment is not saved.
