Description
Error received when attempting to generate diagnostic log files on a Cache Server, "Error: Unable to locate MX records for domain.com. The report will not be generated at /home/accelerator/scripts/maildiagreport line 30." -
Cause
This is a DNS issue. The Cache Server is not able to query the MX record of the mail server via DNS. -
Resolution
Ensure that the correct DNS servers have been configured for the network adapters on the Cache Server and that there are no network communication issues that would prevent DNS from resolving.
