When accessing a user's general properties, ARS may appear to hang for a longer than expected time.
The following conditions are also met:
Active Roles is contacting every mailbox database upon the opening of the user's General Properties. This creates excessive delays in environments with large numbers of Exchange mailbox databases.
This issue has been identified as a Product Defect and has been given the defect ID TF00724362.
