Description
Due to changing URL's on the back end for Cloud Access Manager the following update is required to continue using Starling 2FA successfully. -
Cause
URL's on the backend require a change. -
Resolution
RESOLUTION:
NOTE: Upgrading to 8.1.2 first is a strict requirement.
Step 1:
First Cloud Access Manager needs to be upgraded to 8.1.2 or later. 8.1.2 is available here.

Instructions for upgrading are available here.
Step 2:
Attached to this article are an updated RSTS.exe file and instructions for updating that once Cloud Access Manager has been successfully upgraded to 8.1.2.
