Some managed accounts are never processed by Check/Change profiles. -
Cause
When too many accounts are assigned to the same check/change profile, there is not enough time within a 24 hour window to complete processing them. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
1. Behavior improved in 2.5.919 to give priority to least recently checked/changed account. This change request is tracked via BFER 9334.
2. Reduce the number of accounts assigned to each unique profile.
