SOLUTION
1) Navigate to: PMAdmin > Reporting;
2) Click on ‘Disconnect Servers’;
3) Go to: PMAdmin > General Settings > Import/Export;
4) Export/backup your configuration;
5) Uninstall Password Manager;
6) Delete the container and contents from: C:\ProgramData\One Identity;
7) Restart the PM server;
8) Reinstall Password Manager;
9) Check if the original configuration is recognized, if not re-import from backup created in step 4);
10) Navigate to: PMAdmin > Reporting;
11) Click ‘Edit Connections’ and create new DB;
12) Navigate to PMAdmin > General Settings > Scheduled Tasks;
13) Manually execute the ‘User Status Statistics’ task.
