This public hotfix addresses issues for both for Active Roles 7.2.1, and the Collector and Report Pack.
The following fixes have been resolved in this hotfix:
Active Roles 7.2.1
In Active Roles Web interface, when updating the Azure properties of a user, the Usage Location property and License assignment cannot be updated with a single request.
When creating a group through Web Interface or PowerShell, Active Roles throws an error in event log with the following message Administrative Policy returned an error. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
In Active Roles Web interface, inactive timeout occurs when a user is actively performing an operation on the objects within the same container such as an organizational unit.
In the Exchange Online, when Azure configuration is performed in Active Roles, properties are editable under Federated or Synchronized identity environment.
In Active Roles, the navigation bar 'hide' toggle (<) breaks or disappears, when navigating to Customize | Customize Navigation Bar and name of the item is changed and is set to long characters.
In the Active Roles MMC interface, when creating a Group Family and using the Fine-Tune option while configuring the Group Naming Rules, any space that is part of the DISPLAY NAME field is ignored.
Currently, Active Roles Configuration Center does not enable you to connect to Management History database with custom SQL port.
In the Active Roles Sync Service, Azure back-sync workflows continue to run progressively slow under environments where large number of users are present.
In Active Roles MMC and Web interface, it is not possible to set Mailbox Quota restrictions if the customer uses Exchange 2016.
The Active Roles MMC crashes when a user undoes deprovision by selecting the Reset the password check box and selects the User must change password at next logon option.
Collector and Report Pack
In Active Roles Collector, the operation logs warning message "[Warning] Cannot find record with: GatheringComputer = [ComputerName], EventLog = ARAdminService, RecordNumber = [REcordNumber], GMT = [TimeValue in GMT]" which leads to empty reports in the report server
