Description
The "New Accounts" button is greyed out when trying to add a new account to an existing request. -
Cause
There are two conditions that must be met for the ability to add further accounts to an existing request:1. The Request must be in a status of 'Pending'2. The Request must be less than 15 minutes old.If the Request is not pending, or the request is older than 15 minutes, the button will be greyed out. -
Resolution
To be able to add additional accounts to an existing request, ensure that the required conditions are met:1. The Request must be in a status of 'Pending'2. The Request must be less than 15 minutes old.
