Once the failure of a part has been confirmed by the Support, the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process will be initiated with the Hardware Supplier.
Customers have the possibility to keep the hard disk drives ( HDD) in case sensitive date stored on them.
A tracking number will be provided upon request.
NOTE - One Identity Support may request additional information when shipping an RMA to certain countries. This is due to country specific limitations and regulations which may result in delays in receiving your RMA. Some of these countries include Saudi Arabia, Mexico, China, India, Brazil, Egypt, Russia and others.
