Why does the registration ask for a mobile number for the Question and Answer registration?

When I configure for 5.8 a registration with "Question and Answer" and "Mobile" the Q&A part also asks for a mobile number - this is a bit confusing. Can this be turned off? I think it would be enough to enter the mobile number on the "Mobile" registration part.
Same applies for the "Manage my Profile" workflow.
Resolution

The purpose of both fields are different.
- Question & Answer:
If Starling is configured, a mobile number text box is shown to update the mobile number which is used for Starling 2FA (two factor authentication). This number is updated in Active Directory (Mobile attribute). Also note that this Mobile attribute can be changed at any time in Active Directory.

- Mobile Registration:
This allows users to register with a Mobile number, which is stored in the users 'comment' attribute in Active Directory. This is separate from the Starling 2FA number.
