This has been logged as product defect VSTS85563 and will be resolved in a future release of Password Manager.
1. Install PM 5.7.1 and customize Manage Q&A Profile workflow
2. Upgrade PM to PM 5.8.x
3. Create a new user.
4. Register and Manage Q&A Profile workflows will be displayed.
5. Observed: When trying to register user with Manage Q&A Profile workflow, user will not be registered.
6. Expected: Manage Q&A Profile workflow should not be displayed/available at all.

PM 5.8.x introduces (2) new workflows: "Register" and "Manage My Profile".
Please check and copy all customized items to the new workflow (Manage My Profile) and delete or disable the old workflow (Manage Q&A Profile).
