When replication is configured and after adding several additional Active Roles nodes to a shared configuration database successfully, attempting to add another Active Roles node fails with the following error message:
Unable to change database settings for this Administration Service. Ensure that the database settings you are going to apply meet the following requirement:
All Administration Service instances with a common configuration database participating in Active Roles replication must have common management history data.
The same error message is encountered when attempting to configure the new instance using either the Active Roles Configuration Center or the New-ARService cmdlet.
Logging gathered from the Active Roles Configuration Center and/or cmdlet shows that the configuration issue lies in the newly added instance.
