1/ Connect to the replica physically or via the iDRAC (if enabled & configured) and confirm it is powered on and the Kiosk is shown:
The details in the bottom left corner should be "Operational" or "Maintenance", and "Replica"
2/ Check that a known working network cable is inserted in the Network interface (Port 1), and the switch shows connectivity.
3/ Validate the required ports are opened between the Primary and replica - see the below KB ("Network communication between TPAM console appliances" section)

4/ Check if the web interfaces are up
- https://ip_address/tpam
In normal operation (non failed over) will show:
"Service Unavailable
HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable."
- https://ip_address/admin
- https://ip_address:8443/config
Should show a login prompt
- https://ip_address/status/
NOTE: TPAM does not reply to ICMP pings.
