Error when creating shelf in IT Shop, "Saving this object does not result in a valid IT Shop" (4337158)

When attempting to create a new shelf for the IT Shop the following error is displayed in Manager:

"[1025012] Object (Shelf name) could not be saved!
[2070000] Application server returned an error. at VI.DB.Entities.EntitySingleDbObject.<>c__DisplayClass36_0.<b__0>d.MoveNext() at System.Runtime.ExceptionServices.ExceptionDispatchInfo.Throw() at VI.DB.Entities.EventUnitOfWork.d__2.MoveNext() at System.Runtime.ExceptionServices.ExceptionDispatchInfo.Throw() at QBM.AppServer.Client.ServiceUnitOfWork.d__19.MoveNext() at System.Runtime.ExceptionServices.ExceptionDispatchInfo.Throw() at QBM.AppServer.Client.InteractiveProxyEntity.d__79`1.MoveNext() at System.Runtime.ExceptionServices.ExceptionDispatchInfo.Throw() at QBM.AppServer.Client.AppServerClient.d__19`1.MoveNext()
[2133195] Saving this object does not result in a valid IT Shop."

Ensure that the new shelf is created at the IT Shop level:

1. Select the IT Shop:

2. Click the New Object button:



3. In the IT Shop Information dropdown, select "Shelf":



4. Save the change.
