“Error: Administration Service encountered an error when retrieving properties of the object 'CN=Starling Configuration,CN=TwoFactorAuthentication Configuration,CN=Configuration'.” (4281865)

After installing/upgrading to 7.3.1, the WI’s sites no longer fully load. Instead they display the following error message:

Error: Administration Service encountered an error when retrieving properties of the object 'CN=Starling Configuration,CN=TwoFactorAuthentication Configuration,CN=Configuration'. Object 'CN=Starling Configuration,CN=TwoFactorAuthentication Configuration,CN=Configuration' not found in the Active Roles database.

WI component corruption.

SOLUTION

1) Uninstall the WI component;

2) Restart the server;

3) Reinstall the WI component.
