You may have noticed that the Offline Password Reset Tool link does not get displayed in Windows clients, if the clients’ display language is configured to: ‘English (United Kingdom).
This is a product defect (TF00786222).
1) Please make sure that the following policy is also configured: ‘Set custom name for the Offline Password Reset button (command link) in English’;
2) Please make sure to also manually add the following registry entry to the affected Windows client(s):
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\One Identity\Password Manager\Local Password Reset\2057
Followed by String value named ’text’ with the value of ‘Offline Password Reset’.
