Not able to complete Reporting setup: A Report Server error occurred. For more information, view the log file.
Event viewer shows the following:
System.ServiceModel.dll DispatchOperationRuntime.InvokeBegin() >> Service Exception: QPM.Service.Exceptions.ReportServerUnknownException: Exception of type 'QPM.Service.Exceptions.ReportServerUnknownException' was thrown. at QPM.Service.Services.AdminService.SetReportServerConnection(ReportServerConnectionInfo connection) at SyncInvokeSetReportServerConnection(Object , Object[] , Object[] ) at System.ServiceModel.Dispatcher.SyncMethodInvoker.Invoke(Object instance, Object[] inputs, Object[]& outputs) at QPM.Service.Infrastructure.LicenseCheckOperationInvoker.Invoke(Object instance, Object[] inputs, Object[]& outputs) at QPM.Service.Infrastructure.LogExceptionsInvoker.Invoke(Object instance, Object[] inputs, Object[]& outputs)
When enabling verbose logging the following error appears in the QPMserviceHost log file:
“…QPM.Service.dll ReportServerHelper.IsItemExist() >> Failed to check folder '/' for the item 'One Identity Password Manager': System.ArgumentException: For TransferMode.Buffered, MaxReceivedMessageSize and MaxBufferSize must be the same value.

WORKAROUND:
Update the file QPM.Service.Host.exe.config located on the Password Manager server under:
C:\Program Files\One Identity\Password Manager\Service
Update ALL instances of maxReceivedMessageSize to 65536 in ReportingService2005Soap and ReportingService2005SoapHttps binding only. Restart the service and try to connect to the report server. (see screen shot attached)
STATUS:
Defect ID TF00790606 has been submitted for consideration in a future release of Password Manager.
