When configuring the proxy settings for each application, you can not use the same URL to use root-to-root mapping.
WORKAROUND:
Set up a DNS alias so that each URL can be put into Cloud Access Manager distinctly.
In DNS set up an alias that points to the hostname.
E.g:
abc.my.cloud.company.com > my.cloud.company.com
def.my.cloud.company.com > my.cloud.company.com
ghi.my.cloud.company.com > my.cloud.company.com
Then in Cloud Access Manager add each application separately as a root-to-root mapping.
E.g:
abc.my.cloud.company.com > app1.cloud.company.com
def.my.cloud.company.com > app2.cloud.company.com
ghi.my.cloud.company.com > app3.cloud.company.com
