Error when logging on "Access Denied (20000)" -
Cause
This occurs when a Certificate user, is subsequently changed to be Local user with a password. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
From Swagger Core (https://ip_address/service/core/swagger/ui/index#/Users) change the users RequireCertificateAuthentication attribute from True to False
STATUS
This has been addressed in Safeguard 2.7; from the Safeguard 2.7 Release Notes under the "Resolved Issue" section:"If user changes from Certificate Authentication to Local Authentication, the parameter RequireCertificateAuthentication doesn't get changed back to false.
