When using Starling Approval Anywhere is it possible to increase the timeout from 10 minutes? -
Description
Currently the Request approval on the Starling Approval Anywhere expires after 10 minutes, is it possible to increase this duration? -
Resolution
In 2.9 and below, the Approval Anywhere request times out after 10 minutes. From 2.10 this has been increased to the lifetime of the Access Request. For example, if an Access Request is submitted for immediate access and has a duration of 2 hours, then the Push Notification will be available for 2 hours.
If an Access Request is submitted for access 2 weeks from now, with a duration of 2 hours, then the Push Notification will be available from now until 2 weeks plus 2 hours. -
