Cause
AMIs are not available in AWS by default. -
Resolution
In order to have an AMI in private images, open a support service request with the following information.Account Id
Account Name
AWS Data Center
Product Name
Product version
When the support ticket is opened, support engineers will forward the request to the product owner, who will share the requested AMI as a "Private image".
