When trying to launch Enterprise Access Management on Windows 2016 an error is reported saying the EAM Security Services are not available.The error code is 0x81011005. -
Resolution
Configure the following two services with a delayed start type: "Automatic (Delayed Start)":
Enterprise Access Management Security Services
Enterprise Access Management Session Manager
