After upgrading to Password Manager 5.8.X, both Register and My Questions and Answers Profile workflows are present in the Password Manager Self Service site:
The My Questions and Answers Profile workflow does not allow a User to register a Q&A Profile as expected. There are no errors encountered, but the profile is not saved and the User is not registered.
The Manage Q&A Profile Workflow was customized in the previous version of Password Manager and is not properly merged into the Register Workflow as expected.
WORKAROUND
Disable the My Questions and Answers Profile Workflow since it is not the original out of the box workflow any more.
STATUS
This issue has been acknowledged as a product defect and is being tracked as Defect ID 85563. Waiting for a fix in a future release of Password Manager.
