When registering a User in the Password Manager Self-Service site, the following error message is encountered when the User enters their known, good Active Directory password:
The password is incorrect. Please try again.
The User is able to log in using their password on their workstation with no issues.
When attempting to launch any application using this User's credential on the Password Manager host, the following error message is encountered:
Account restrictions are preventing this user from signing in. For example: blank passwords aren't allowed, sign-in times are limited, or a policy restriction has been enforced.
Password Manager impersonates the User in order to test their Active Directory username and password. Because of this, it is required that the user must be able to log onto the Password Manager host.
The User's Logon Hours or Log On To settings in Active Directory must be changed to allow access to the machine hosting Password Manager.
